As the Israel Defense Forces engage in war, hundreds of soldiers have been killed and thousands more have been wounded. Hospitals in the country were not ready or equipped to handle the enormous number of wounded soldiers arriving daily, many of whom arrived at the Sheba Medical Center.

Through our vast – and growing – network of volunteers and dedicated staff, we diligently work to support and assist with the various needs of not only the children, but also our wounded soldiers and their devastated families who are now facing a new reality in life.

From material, emotional, financial, and mental support, to fundamental needs in almost every area of their new lives in the hospital, we are always there for them and their families, day and night.

The Notnim Tikva organization is the only one of its kind in the country operating directly within the hospital. Our staff, which also includes National Service girls, collaborates seamlessly and in complete synergy with the hospital’s medical staff.

Today, more and more soldiers arrive at the hospital, many of whom with severe injuries. From head traumas to injuries requiring amputations, all will need months, even years of rehabilitation. Many families have left their jobs to care for their loved ones, thus putting tremendous strain on themselves financially, physically, and emotionally.

This is where Notnim Tikva comes in, and we are in dire need of your help!

Whether they need essential products (hygiene, clothing, etc.), gift cards, or artists to come to the ward, perform, and boost morale, we see it as our sacred mission to accommodate and give those heroes as much as possible. We owe it to them!
